Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

Choose a tool, pick a plan and click it. You will be taken to app.academictools.in to pay. The full walkthrough is on how to order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, through a regulated payment gateway. We never ask for your card number, PIN or OTP on chat.

Are prices final?

Yes. Prices are in rupees and include the whole plan. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Delivery and access

How fast is delivery?

Usually 15–60 minutes after payment between 9 AM and 9 PM IST. Orders after 9 PM are delivered the next morning.

How will I receive access?

By email and in your dashboard on the app, with short setup notes. Some tools need an extension or desktop install; we explain how.

Can I use the tool on my phone?

It depends on the tool. Each product page lists supported devices under “Official features and limits”.

Plans and renewals — academic tools FAQ

What plan lengths are available?

1, 3, 6 and 12 months for every tool. Longer plans have a lower monthly price.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. We remind you before the end date, and you decide whether to renew.

Can I upgrade to a longer plan?

Yes. Message us before your plan ends and we will move you to a longer plan without a gap.

Refunds and support in this academic tools FAQ

What if access does not work?

Tell us on WhatsApp with your order ID. If we cannot fix it, you can claim a refund within 24 hours of delivery under our refund policy.

Do you offer support during the plan?

Yes. WhatsApp support is included for the whole plan, seven days a week.

Safety and responsible use

Are you the official seller of these tools?

No. AcademicTools is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the brands listed. Each product page links to the official website so you can compare. See our disclaimer.

Will a paraphraser or AI tool make my work undetectable?

We make no such promise, and you should not rely on any tool for that. Use writing and AI tools to understand and improve your own work, follow your institution’s rules, and cite sources. The UGC publishes academic-integrity regulations for Indian universities.

Can my university give me these tools free?

Often, yes. Many institutions license Microsoft 365, MATLAB, Overleaf or SPSS. Check with your library or IT department first; we would rather you use a free licence if you have one.

What data do you keep?
