• Account details: name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Order details: tools bought, plan dates and order history.
• Payment status: confirmation from the payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Support messages: chats and emails you send us.
• Basic analytics: pages visited and device type, collected through cookies.

How we use your data

To deliver access, send plan reminders, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal data, and we never use support chats to train AI models or share them with tool developers.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the store, such as the payment gateway, email delivery and hosting, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and support chats for up to 12 months after your last plan ends.
