Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every order placed with AcademicTools through academictools.in and app.academictools.in. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

1. About the service covered by these terms and conditions

AcademicTools is an independent reseller of access to third-party software. We are not affiliated with the developers of the tools listed. Features, limits and availability are set by those developers and may change.

2. Plans and pricing

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from the delivery date. Prices are in rupees and shown before payment. Plans do not renew automatically.

3. Payment

Payment is taken on app.academictools.in through a regulated gateway. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 15–60 minutes between 9 AM and 9 PM IST. Delays can occur; if we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you are entitled to a refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools lawfully, to follow the developer’s own terms, and to follow your institution’s academic-integrity rules. Do not use our services to cheat, impersonate others or infringe copyright.

6. Account rules

These terms and conditions apply to each account separately.

Do not share, resell or change the settings of any access we provide. Breaking this rule may end your plan without a refund.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for grades, detection results, data you upload to third-party tools, or changes made by tool developers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We may update the terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. Questions? Contact us.
